ABOUT THE ROLE
BP Windmills is seeking an Assistant Forecourt Manager, reporting to the Senior Forecourt Manager and the Dealer. This is a forecourt-based role, not office-based — the successful candidate will be out on the forecourt assisting attendants on a continuous basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist attendants on the forecourt on a continuous basis, including fuel receiving
● Interact with customers on the forecourt on a continuous basis, ensuring excellent service
● Ensure adherence to BP processes and procedures
● No convenience store involvement
REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum 3 years' experience as a Forecourt Manager/Supervisor at a branded site
● Matric certificate or equivalent
● Computer literate
● Excellent command of the English language
● Strong customer service skills
● Leadership ability
● Proactive attitude
● Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
● Own transport required, due to shift work
