Job description

Established and dynamic construction company in Worcester is seeking Foreman / Site Agent (dependent on experience and qualifications).

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction teams on site
Planning and coordination of daily tasks
Ensure implementation according to engineer's drawings and specification and safety requirements
Manage site personnel, subcontractors and materials
Monitor productivity and adherence to construction program
Communication with contract manager, client and other stakeholders
Handling and upkeep of costing, material procurement and records/reports
Support contract manager in strategic planning and project execution

Requirements:

2-5 years' relevant experience in civil- and building construction
Experience in earthworks, layer works, civil infrastructure and/or concrete works will be advantageous
Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Strong knowledge of construction methods and specifications
Valid driver's license
Bilingual
Computer literate
Strong leadership and communication skills
Living in Worcester or surrounding areas
