Job description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will have a valid forklift licence, strong warehouse experience, and a proven background working with glass bottles.
Key Requirements
- Valid and current forklift licence
- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating forklifts
- Proven experience handling glass bottles
- Experience operating a double forklift
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Ability to safely load, unload, move, and stack products
- Good attention to detail and a responsible work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the forklift to move and store glass bottles and materials
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Stack and organise products in designated storage areas
- Inspect loads and equipment before operation
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns
