Forklift Operator/Labourer

Cape Town Wine Hub is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift/reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily pre-use forklift inspections.
• Load and offload trucks and shipping containers.
• Pick and move stock using scanner-based systems.
• Receive, store and put away stock in the correct warehouse locations.
• Support production by supplying materials and clearing empty packaging.
• Assist with stock counts and maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report any equipment faults or incidents to your supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating a forklift/reach truck.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Experience using warehouse scanning (scan-and-move) systems is essential.
• Good stock counting and inventory accuracy skills.
• Wine industry experience will be an advantage.
