Commitment: Approximately 4 hours/day (Monday–Friday) 9am-1pm

SYNAPSIS is a Mind Legacies subsidiary focused on developing Identity-First Intelligence (IFI). As a founding member of the Operations Division, you'll help establish the operational systems that allow our teams to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain high documentation standards.

About the Role

The Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating the operational effectiveness of SYNAPSIS.

Rather than managing day-to-day administration, this role ensures projects remain organized, documentation is maintained, internal knowledge is preserved, and contributors have the operational support needed to execute effectively.

You'll work closely with the Technology Lead and Business Development Lead while coordinating Documentation & Operations Contributors.

ResponsibilitiesOperational Coordination

• Coordinate operational activities across SYNAPSIS.
• Support planning and execution of internal projects.
• Track operational progress.
• Help remove operational bottlenecks.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain project documentation.
• Organize repositories.
• Ensure version control standards are followed.
• Coordinate internal documentation quality.

Operational Support

• Support contributor coordination.
• Maintain internal records.
• Document important decisions.
