Salary: $24,000-$48,000 per year depending on experience
About us
We're a fast-growing, profitable, bootstrapped B2B data company. Software companies integrate our API to add a phone number enrichment feature to their product. We own our proprietary data, and we win on accuracy, freshness, pricing, and coverage in markets where the big providers are weak. We're now transitioning from founder-led sales to a scalable outbound motion.
The role
You'll work directly with the founder, manage our data researcher, and prepare everything so that when our first account executives start, their accounts, tools, and processes are already waiting for them.
What you'll own:
- Select, set up, and improve our internal tooling: CRM, email sequencer, LinkedIn automation, dialer, reporting
- Manage the data researcher and the scraping pipelines behind our lists (sales accounts, leads, and candidate sourcing)
- Run the recruitment flow as we hire: first touches, responses, tracking, scheduling
- Map key sales workflows (lead gen, sequences, cold calling, objections, pipeline management) and automate what deserves automating
- Ongoing systems improvement as we scale
Your first weeks: stand up the core outbound tooling, get the application flow under control, help hire and then manage the data researcher, and map the sales tasks we'll automate.
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years in sales ops / revenue ops at a remote-first, outbound-led company
- You've built an outbound stack from scratch - tool selection, setup, sequences, deliverability, reporting
- Hands-on with modern outbound tools (CRMs, email and LinkedIn automation, dialers)
- Good knowledge of outbound sales processes and what reps actually need to hit numbers
- Organised and meticulous; responsible, proactive, and self-motivated; a learner - we run written-first and async, so you work well with clear docs and little hand-holding
Bonus points: you've been an outbound SDR with a heavy focus on cold calling, and/or you've sold B2B data or data enrichment.

- We want our first campaign live fast - say 3,000 cold emails a day from our main domain within two weeks. Outline the setup.
