FP&A Analyst (PD)

We’re Hiring: FP&A Analyst | Durban

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior FP&A Analyst looking to build their career within Financial Planning & Analysis.

Working within the FP&A team and reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you will support the business with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial models supporting reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare financial reports for peer review
• Analyse financial performance, trends and key business drivers
• Assist in understanding operational drivers and their impact on KPIs and performance
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Support improvements to reporting processes while maintaining data accuracy and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 1–2 years’ relevant finance experience
• AAT qualified or part-qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA would be advantageous
• Good financial analysis and modelling skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, analytical and comfortable working with different stakeholders
• Experience using financial systems, ERP systems or planning tools
• TM1 exposure would be advantageous

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Pay: Up to R22 000,00 per month
