Franchise Restaurant General Manager

Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and leading a high-performing team?

We’re looking for three Franchise Restaurant General Manager to join our team!You will have the opportunity to have brand specific training provided.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Social Media experience
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to manage staff, shifts and daily restaurant operations
• Good knowledge of stock control, cash-ups and restaurant procedures
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A professional, hands-on approach and positive attitude

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/matric
• 2-3 years previous restaurant management, food truck/off-site experience
• Proven experience leading and developing a team
• Knowledge of restaurant stock, labour and financial control
• Computer literate
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Valid drivers licence
• RSA Citizen / SA Work Permit

Advantageous:

• Social media basic understanding
• Food truck / Off-site sales
