Franchise Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant in the centurion area in Pretoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while building a strong, motivated team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Carry out franchise promotions and self - promote within one’s network
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and productivity
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
• Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture

Minimum Requirements :

• At least 2 years’ experience in a management role within the fast food or restaurant industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong operational and organisational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a must !
