Position: Events Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and reliable Events Coordinator to assist with planning, coordinating, and executing Christian events. The ideal candidate must be committed to upholding the organisation's values and mission.
Objective: To ensure that every event is professionally coordinated and reflects the organisation's Christian values while creating a welcoming environment for attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event planning, venue bookings & logistics.
- Manage guest registrations, attendance lists, and event communications.
- Oversee venue setup, guest reception, venue communications and event-day activities.
- Resolve logistical challenges and maintain effective communication with the event organiser.
Requirements :
- 1-2 Years coordinating faith based programs and church events.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with multi-cultural and multi-generational guests.
- Physically fit as work will involve physical activity.
- Outgoing and welcoming attitude.
- Takes Initiative, Excellence, Integrity and Accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Working Arrangement:
- Once off: 150 Hourly rate
- Available and able to work in Pretoria on 17 October from early morning.
Pay: R150,00 per hour
