About the Role

Pie in the Sky Bakery is seeking a hands-on and detail-driven Freezer Warehouse Sectional Supervisor to oversee operations in our frozen goods warehouse. You will manage the daily running of the freezer section, ensuring that our frozen products are stored, handled, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining strict cold chain and food safety standards. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and daily operations in the freezer section
• Maintain product integrity through FIFO and temperature control
• Conduct daily stock counts and ensure Sage 300 accuracy
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, and warehouse standards

Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years’ experience in a freezer or cold storage environment
• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in ERP Systems
• Strong leadership, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant industry experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Medically fit (a medical assessment will be conducted).
