Job description
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Counter/Internal Sales candidate for our rental and sales business, to service customers by providing formwork and access solutions for construction projects. A successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager and oversee customer interactions and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Prepare orders and quotes for customers.
- Address customer queries and manage accounts.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on formwork and scaffolding systems and safety.
- Maintain an organised and customer focused work environment.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the technical team for support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information and filing systems.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Technical Grade 12.
- Previous equipment rental experience or knowledge of formwork and scaffolding (advantageous)
- Computer literate and proficient in Excell.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Presentable and energetic,
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Own vehicle, not dependent on public transport.
