Front Desk Coordinator - Sorbet Waterstone

Sorbet Waterstone is looking for a vibrant and professional Front Desk Coordinator that will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the daily administrative duties of the front desk.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate areas in salon.

- Answer incoming Calls, Emails, WhatsApp messages and make bookings accordingly.

- Weekly and Monthly Stock take.

- Weekly Hygiene Checks.

- Perform Cash up, opening and closing of salon.

- Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

- Administrative duties

- Manage guest bookings on system.

- Collaborate with Nail Technicians and Therapist to ensure a smooth visit at the salon for the customer.

- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment.

- Provide excellent customer care and service at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- At least 1 - 2 years of prior salon and customer service experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work weekends and Public Holidays.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations.

- Basic Mathematical skills.
