Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking to appoint 2 x Front Desk staff to service and manage a relatively new Guesthouse that is based on the Atlantic Seaboard.

Key functions of this role include online and telephonic guest communication, concierge duties and on-site guest assistance.

The successful person will work closely with the General Manager & Housekeeping departments to ensure that guest queries and or challenges are addressed professionally and timeously.

Going the extra mile to ensure a hassle free and enjoyable guest experience is the overall key performance activity of this role.

Please note the position is a shift position requiring both day and night shift work, which is scheduled on a rotational basis.

Pay: R8 500,00 per month
