Job description

FRONT END SUPERVISOR VACANCY

One of our establised retail store is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) is compulsory and must be computer literate
Previous retail experience will be advantageous
Strong customer service skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good numerical and administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Supervise cashiers and front-end staff
Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times
Assist with cash-up procedures and compliance with company policies
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance
Address customer queries and complaints professionally
Ensure housekeeping and merchandising standards are maintained in the front-end area
Assist management with daily operational requirements
