FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across day and night shifts
• Lead, develop and roster the Front of House team
• Drive service excellence and hospitality standards
• Manage daily floor and cashier operations
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
• Ensure all FOH staff are assessed and trained to standard

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years FOH management experience in a full-service restaurant or café
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing waitrons, baristas and cashiers
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends

• Are you comfortable handling guest complaints and service recovery on the floor?
