Front of House Manager – Cracker Zac's Menlyn

Menlyn Park Shopping Centre, Pretoria | Full-time, Permanent

R30,000+ gross/month (negotiable, based on experience)

Cracker Zac's is a fast-paced restaurant, bar and entertainment brand — and we're growing. We need a Front of House Manager for our Menlyn venue who can take control of daily operations, lead a sizeable team, and hold the floor without needing to be told twice.

What you'll be doing:

• Full operational management of the restaurant floor, bar, reception and guest areas
• Leading junior managers, supervisors and front-of-house staff
• Driving service standards and stepping in the moment they slip
• Handling cash-ups, pos, stock controls and shift reconciliations
• Managing conduct, performance and discipline in line with company procedure
• Coordinating with the Kitchen Manager on ticket times and service flow

What we need from you:

• Matric with Mathematics
• Minimum 5 years' management experience in restaurant, bar or entertainment hospitality
• At least 2 years in a senior front-of-house position
• Experience managing managers/supervisors, not just floor staff
• Comfortable issuing warnings, investigating incidents and handling difficult conversations
• Working knowledge of fair disciplinary procedure
• Available for shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Reliable transport after late closes
