Front of House Manager Opportunity
Are you enthusiastic about wine and dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences? Do you excel in a vibrant, service-driven environment? Durbanville Hills is looking for an experienced and engaging Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience within the wine industry or a related sector such as hospitality or tourism
- Strong understanding of wine production and the South African wine landscape
- Proven leadership ability with a hands-on management style
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
Your Role
- Manage and oversee all front-of-house operations
- Lead, mentor, and support the service team
- Maintain high standards of guest service and presentation
- Handle guest relations, reservations, and daily service coordination
- Contribute to wine sales and enhance the overall tasting experience
