Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and telephone calls efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Assist guests with information about the property and local attractions.
• Resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain high presentation standards at the reception desk.
• Follow company procedures relating to cash handling, security, and guest confidentiality.

Requirements

• Previous Front Office Reception experience within a hotel environment.
• Experience using a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well presented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
