Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• BCom Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Supply Chain
• 2 years' experience in a related order fulfilment or customer service environment

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer orientation
• Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook), Internet navigation, ERP systems, LTQ, and OCR
• Attention to detail and accuracy-driven
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict situations effectively
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to PG Bison’s values, vision, and ethics

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient order processing by applying fulfilment methods and system knowledge
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Centre of Excellence (COE) KPIs and service ratings
• Enhance the customer buying experience through professional service, system utilisation, and process compliance
• Support customer queries, complaints, and general enquiries by applying sound problem-solving techniques
• Execute order management tasks and administration, following through from order placement to final delivery
• Ensure all processes are adhered to and aligned with PG Bison’s operational excellence standards
