Role Overview

Your role as a Fulfilment Colleague - Search Production is to support the fulfilment of the Dye & Durham Regulated Local Authority Search (RLAS). The RLAS is compiled from data sourced from the Local Authority to provide answers to questions that form part of the CON29. Accuracy and quality are key to this role to produce a comprehensive local search to the company standard that is compliant with PCCB guidelines. Data is collected via different sources including, direct application, online or visits to council offices, Land Charges and other Local Authority departments in and around the locality. Our customers work to strict timescales to facilitate the house buying process and it is important that all Search Agents impart the same level of importance to the products we deliver back to the customer. We work in a business to business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review received search order data to identify errors or inaccuracies that could impact the result of the Dye & Durham RLAS search.

Request data from Local Authorities to fulfil the Dye & Durham RLAS search.

  • Ensure all internal process documents relating to accessing data with local authorities are maintained with correct information.
  • Submit query requests and liaise with Local Authority where required.
  • Uploading & Keying data into online search production systems.
  • Checking data for accuracy to maintain outstanding levels of quality control.
  • Producing searches in line with our specific turnaround times.
  • Adhering to all standardization, process and procedure requirements. Work to expected KPIs
  • Constantly reviewing alternative methods to obtain data that is quicker or more accurate.
  • Working to understand the intricacies of multiple councils as the workload increases.
  • Attend one to one and team meetings as required.
  • Use all standard office 365 communication methods.
  • Liaise with correct teams to raise and or responded to queries.
  • Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • You will have an in-depth knowledge of our suppliers, products and services.
  • You will understand the varied tasks that are required specific to the supplier and product.
  • You will understand how the tasks affect the workflow of the customer order.
  • You will follow the required procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will achieve the SLA’s and KPI’s set by the business.
  • You will communicate with all internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
  • You will take care and pride in your work.
  • You will have a professional and proactive attitude.
  • You will understand the business values and expectations.

Other

The role operates within a UK customer support environment, requiring alignment to UK business hours and UK public holidays.
