Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Full-stack AI Developer to assist in building, optimizing, and deploying local AI workflows.

This role is ideal for developers who specialize in local hardware execution, custom Python orchestration, and running models offline without reliance on cloud APIs.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain local AI workflows using Python, Flask, and custom scripting. Configure and optimize offline LLMs and multi-agent frameworks on local GPU hardware (e.g., RTX series). Write clean, efficient code to resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize VRAM/compute usage. Troubleshoot local inference setups, screen/data processing logic, and local API endpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications Local Hardware Setup: Direct experience running and managing offline models on private GPU hardware.

Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, Flask, HTML/CSS/JS, and local environment setups (e.g., Anaconda).

Offline Execution: Familiarity with offline LLMs (Llama, LLaVA, etc.) and multi-agent orchestration.

Autonomy: Ability to work independently, document code clearly, and communicate progress effectively in a remote setting.

Proof of Work: Practical projects, GitHub repositories, or local demos demonstrating hands-on execution over formal credentials.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a brief 30-minute Microsoft Teams pre-interview. Be prepared to discuss your local hardware setup, hands-on experience, and walk through a practical proof-of-work project.

Pay: R250,00 - R750,00 per hour
