Zone Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, responsible and goal-driven individuals to fill our vacancies of a Receptionist/Front Desk Operator at our Bellville club.

PERFORMANCE STATEMENT:

The Receptionist/Front Desk Operator must ensure that all members/non-members receive the best service possible and that all duties are performed to the best of her/his ability and according to the company’s standard policies and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience as a receptionist would be an advantage.
• Strong customer service approach.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to promote a healthy and fit company image.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Friendly, clear and confident communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Diplomacy in handling irate or difficult clients.
• Numeracy skills.
• Computer literacy
