We’re looking for a talented full-time Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes with a well-known public figure and help manage their entire content ecosystem across multiple platforms. If you love creating engaging content, understand social media, and know how to make videos that people actually want to watch, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be video editing, with graphic design skills used to enhance content where needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Editing high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels).
• Editing one long-form YouTube video each week.
• Creating engaging thumbnails and simple graphics.
• Managing and repurposing content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Organising content and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Working closely with our team to turn existing footage into high-performing content.
• Using AI tools where appropriate to improve speed and quality.

We’ll provide the majority of the raw footage, ideas, creative direction and strategy—you’ll bring it all to life through exceptional editing.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an excellent video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Has good graphic design skills.
• Understands modern social media trends and storytelling.
• Can edit fast-paced, engaging content that keeps attention.
• Has experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Is comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow.
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Has strong English communication skills.
• Can work full-time and is reliable.

Salary & Growth

• Starting salary: USD $2,000 per month
• Regular performance-based salary increases, with the opportunity to earn $4,000+ per month over time.
