Role Overvi ew
We are looking for a detail-orient ed Fund Administra tor with experience in pension, provident, or retirement fu nds to join our Johannesburg team. The role will focus on fund administratio n, claims process ing, and ensuring accurate reporting using stro ng Excel ski lls
Key Responsibilies
- Adminis ter pension, provident, and retirement f unds in line with regulatory requirem
- entsHandle end-to- end claims proces sing (withdrawals, death claims, disability claims, retirements)Maintain and update member records and fund data accuratelyPerf orm reconciliat ions (member, contribution, and claims-related)Prepare and validate reports us ing advanced E xcel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)Liaise with clients, trustees, regulators, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance w ith South African pension fund regulat ons.
- Support audits and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerProvide prompt responses to member and client queries
