Gardener

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Gardener to assist with residential and commercial garden maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas to a high standard while providing professional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns.
• Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees.
• Remove weeds from garden beds and paved areas.
• Collect and dispose of garden waste.
• Sweep and clean outdoor areas after work is completed.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as required.
• Water gardens and maintain healthy plant growth.
• Operate and care for gardening equipment and tools.
• Report damaged equipment or safety concerns to management.
• Follow all company safety procedures and customer instructions.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous gardening or landscaping experience is advantageous but not required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to travel to different job sites when required.
