Duties and responsibilities:
- Operate mowing, irrigation, and gardening equipment.
- Perform general gardening duties such as mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering.
- Assist with refuse removal and the upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and report any faults to the supervisor.
- Complete maintenance checklists and report on completed work.
- Ensure gardens and grounds are maintained to the required standards.
- Follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Wear and use the required PPE when performing duties.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
Inherent requirements:
- Grade 10 on NQF Level 2 (attach proof).
- Experience related to the duties and responsibilities.
Recommendations:
- Grade 12 or national vocational certificate on NQF Level 4 (attach a copy).
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience relating to the duties and responsibilities set out above.
- Machine operating certificate (attach a copy).

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits, is R127 080.97per annum, depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
