The role

We’re hiring a mid-level Implementations Consultant to own end-to-end client delivery across Kodah’s implementation and enterprise services portfolio. Kodah is an AI agentic organisation delivering implementation, strategic consulting, and managed services across ClickUp, Anthropic (Claude), and Salesforce. We help enterprise and mid-market clients across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas operationalise their work through platform configuration, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions.

This is a client-facing delivery role. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, responsible for outcomes, timelines, and client satisfaction. Platform build work is handled by a dedicated engineering team, but you’ll brief them, quality-check their output, and present it to the client.

You need to know how to implement SaaS platforms, run structured delivery, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Own a portfolio of active client engagements, including short-term projects and long-term strategic accounts
• Run kick-off sessions, discovery workshops, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews
• Translate client requirements into clear, structured briefs for the engineering team
• Quality-check platform builds before presenting them to clients
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and escalations
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within your accounts
• Deliver platform training and enablement sessions to client teams
• Maintain delivery documentation, including SOPs, engagement trackers, and status updates
• Collaborate with the Head of G&D on account strategy and health

What you’ll bringMust have

• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or client-facing project delivery
• Experience running multiple concurrent projects with different stakeholders
• Confidence facilitating workshops and client calls with mid-to-senior stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A structured approach—you can turn a messy client problem into a clear action plan
• Comfort working across time zones to support clients in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East

Nice to have

• Experience with a work management platform such as Claude, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or ClickUp
• A background in workflow design, process mapping, or business analysis
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, or project management implementations
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms
• Experience in a consulting firm, agency, or partner/reseller environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: R30,000–R40,000 per month, plus commission
• Working arrangement: Remote, full-time
• Time off: One “free Friday” per month
