Role: GenAI Trainer

Location: Hybrid working until further notice

 

About the role:

Are you passionate about education and technology? We’re looking for a Virtual Instructor-Led Trainer to join our team. You’ll deliver engaging GenAI training on our proprietary software applications, ensuring that every participant not only understands but excels in using our tools.  

What you’ll be doing  

Collaborate, Innovate & Educate – The main purpose of this role will be to deliver best in class instructor led training to support the deployment of GenAI technology across the organisation. 

 

• Deliver regional and market level Ai training.

• Support program specific onboarding.

• Assist with change adoption in markets.

• Provide practical workflow coaching.

• Support rollout of new AI features.

• Ensure consistent training standards globally.

• Simplify complex software features into easily understandable concepts.

• Create a dynamic learning environment that promotes participant engagement.

• Provide support and follow-up to ensure participant competence.

• Facilitate learning and support in our online communities.

• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training materials.

What you need to be great in this role:

• Minimum of 3+ years' proven experience delivering instructor led training  (preferably in technology platforms).
• Minimum 1 year experience delivering AI training
• You are an engaging, interactive and passionate trainer with the natural ability to translate complex topics into plain language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build good working relationships with ease.
• Have a passion for technology and artificial intelligence.
• You will have a curious mind and be keen to understand and share current trends in learning theories, approaches and techniques.
