Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance tasks
Support basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
Ensure work is completed safely and according to OHS requirements
Clean work areas and maintain tools, workshop, and vehicle
Prepare job cards and maintenance documentation
Respond to client queries professionally and escalate when required
Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

Skills and Competencies

Basic building maintenance knowledge
Ability to use hand and power tools
Time management and attention to detail
Customer-focused and team-oriented
Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
Professional, reliable, and safety conscious

Qualifications

Grade 12
2–5 years’ experience in a facilities or maintenance environment
