Job description
1. Material Handling & Logistics Support
- Transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between work areas safely and efficiently
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and containers
- Ensure materials are stored in designated areas according to safety and operational guidelines
- Deliver materials to production lines in a timely manner to prevent delays
- Support stock movement and internal logistics coordination
2. Production Floor Support
- Assist production teams with preparation of materials and equipment
- Support machine operators and production staff as required
- Maintain cleanliness and order in production areas during and after shifts
- Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions accurately
- Contribute to meeting daily production targets
3. Warehouse & Storage Operations
- Assist with organization and maintenance of storage areas
- Support picking, packing, and staging of goods where required
- Ensure stock is handled carefully to prevent damage or contamination
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
- Maintain clear labeling and orderly storage practices
4. Quality & Food Safety Compliance
- Follow company quality standards and food safety procedures at all times
- Prevent contamination through correct handling of products and materials
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or non-conforming items
- Support quality assurance teams during inspections or audits
- Maintain personal hygiene and PPE standards
5. Health & Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations
- Use personal protective equipment correctly and consistently
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or hazards
- Participate in safety briefings and training sessions
- Support a culture of safety and risk prevention
