Job description
Overview:
This role is responsible for providing administrative and data-capturing support to the Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) departments, ensuring accurate record keeping, document control, reporting, and timely processing of departmental information. The role also supports the coordination, organisation, and communication of relevant quality and EHS information to internal departments and individuals, ensuring effective compliance, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Capturing of EHS data
- Scheduling and/or communicating all EHS and Quality agendas
- Assist with issuing PPE
- Participate in monthly stock take
- Compile all quality and EHS related reports ( Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification- Matric with Certificate/Diploma
- 12 months relevant experience within an administrative environment
- Computer skills include Excel, Word, and other systems.
