Job Title: General Engineering Supervisor

Department: Engineering Department

Location: Northern Cape, Kuruman Office
Reporting To: Operations Executive

Role Summary:

The General Engineering Supervisor is responsible for tactical and operational oversight of all maintenance and engineering activities across the organisation. The role oversees the maintenance of equipment, vehicles, processes and tools in a manner that always ensures maximum availability. It executes daily functions in a manner that complies with all relevant safety, health, and environmental requirements. The role also ensures alignment between engineering & maintenance operations and the company’s business objectives, operational KPIs, and compliance obligations

Minimum Requirements

· National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) or equivalent

· Grade 12 or equivalent.

· Trade Test Certificate (Diesel Mechanic)

· 3-5 years' experience in engineering maintenance environment, preferably mining industry.

· Solid knowledge of engineering processes, safety standards and maintenance procedures.

· Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence
