Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and track daily transactions.
Reconciliation: Reconciling Accounts to Statements
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll admin
General Administration Filing and Assisting staff with adhoc duties

Requirements and Skills

Education: A Certificate or Diploma in finance, accounting, or business administration.
Software Skills: Pastel and Excel Essential. Vip advantageous
Attention to Detail and Time Management

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
Pastel: 3 years (Preferred)
vip: 3 years (Preferred)
