Job description
The Boys Property Solutions is looking for hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our construction and property-maintenance teams in the Western Cape.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist builders, artisans and site supervisors with daily tasks.
- Load, unload and move building materials.
- Mix cement, mortar and concrete when required.
- Assist with demolition and site preparation.
- Dig trenches and prepare work areas.
- Clean work areas, tools and equipment.
- Remove rubble and keep sites neat and organised.
- Follow instructions from the Site Foreman and management.
- Use basic hand tools safely.
- Follow all company and site safety procedures.
- Assist with general construction, renovation and maintenance work.
Minimum requirements:
- Previous construction or general labour experience is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
- Punctual, dependable and willing to work.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Sober habits and a professional attitude.
- Reliable transport to and from the designated meeting point or site.
- Valid South African work authorisation.
- Contactable references will be advantageous.
Applicants must be willing to work at different sites throughout the Western Cape and must consistently maintain good attendance and work standards.
