LOCATION: LAEZONIA AH (midway between Centurion Central and Lanseria Airport)

General Office Manager – Resthill Memory Care

Resthill Memory Care is hiring a General Office Manager for a full time position covering office administration, HR/OHS, social media marketing, and technical/IT support.

Technical & IT Support duties include:

• Maintaining technical proficiency in MS Office, email schedulers, databases and common office hardware
• Providing first-line technical support to staff (printers, Wi-Fi/internet issues, system access such as SEESA and HealthWare, AllWage etc.)
• Acting as first-line contact with outsourced providers for biometrics systems (staff and visitor/family access) and security companies
• Maintaining inventory and records of all IT equipment
• Supporting staff onboarding on systems and tools, including setup of new user accounts, emails and devices

Other responsibilities:

• General office administration, bookkeeping support and executive assistance
• HR administration, payroll support and OHS compliance
• Social media strategy, content creation, platform management and paid campaigns

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric); relevant qualification advantageous
• 6+ years office administration or executive support experience, healthcare preferred
• 2+ years hands-on social media management experience
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Valid driver's license
