The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving targets and daily objectives
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional service
• Assist with product demonstrations and presentations
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activity
• Maintain accurate sales, customer, and inventory records
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Attend training to develop product knowledge and sales skills
• Help organise and support sales events and exhibitions
