Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide accurate information
• Support the sales team in promoting products and services
• Help customers identify suitable products based on their needs
• Cold calling
• Handle basic customer service queries and escalate concerns when needed
• Support promotional activities and campaigns
• Follow company procedures for safety, customer service, and daily operations
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service attitude
• Willingness to learn and take instruction
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
• Physically able to stand for long periods and assist with stock handling
• Reside in or near Richards Bay

Nice to Have

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Basic product knowledge
• Confidence in assisting different types of customers
• Experience handling clients on calls or working in a sales environment
