Job description

To operate equipment in accordance with company standards operating procedures

Grade 12, with Mathematics & Physical Science.

Any tertiary qualifications would be a definite advantage.

Manufacturing experience in steel environment will be an added advantage.

Efficiently and accurately operate equipment according to operating procedures, instructions, and schedules.
Ensure prime quality production in accordance with quality plan
Adhere to operating requirements were assigned to.
Continuously reporting to Production Technician on any observed defects

/Deviation, unsafe conditions from the operating parameters or production requirements.

Accurate calibration of gauges during start of shift
Applying appropriate Roll bending pressures to avoid pinching as per SOP
Adhere to safe work practice and good housekeeping (6S)
Physically FIT.
Understanding the requirements of SAFAL business operations.
