General Worker – Landscaping Division

Schaffler’s Landscaping is looking for hardworking, reliable, and physically fit General Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be on-site helping to transform and maintain beautiful gardens for our clients. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in manual work, and being part of a team that creates amazing spaces, this is the perfect job for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with garden installations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Preparing soil, digging trenches, leveling ground, and laying instant lawn (turf).
- Assisting with site clearing, removing garden refuse, and loading/unloading materials and tools from vehicles.
- Operating basic gardening hand tools safely (shovels, rakes, forks, wheelbarrows, etc.).
- Following the instructions of the Landscaping Team Leader or Site Manager to ensure work is completed efficiently and neatly.
Requirements & Skills
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically strong, healthy, and capable of doing heavy manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work hard every day.
- Team Player: Able to take direction well, work cleanly, and cooperate with fellow team members.
- Experience: Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, farming, or general construction labor is a major advantage but not strictly required if you have the right attitude.
- Language: Able to understand and follow spoken instructions clearly.
