DesleeMattex is seeking a dedicated General Worker to support the efficient operation of weaving looms, ensuring the production of high-quality products while contributing to the achievement of departmental quality, productivity, and output KPIs.### Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- +/- 1 year machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technically minded.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient operation of weaving machines.
- Ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
- Identify faults and report quality-related concerns timeously.
- Support the shift team where required and assist with other department-related tasks.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards and promote a strong 5S housekeeping culture.
