Job description

WE'RE HIRING – GENERAL WORKER

Nancefield Paints

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated General Worker to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining a neat, safe, and organised branch.
Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
Loading and offloading stock.
Assisting with stock control and general warehouse duties.
Learning our product range and providing excellent customer service.
Assisting with counter sales when required.
Supporting the branch team with daily operational tasks.

Minimum Requirements:
✔ Valid South African driver's licence (Code B)
✔ Physically fit and able to lift and move stock.
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
✔ Honest, reliable, and punctual.
✔ Previous retail, warehouse, or hardware/paint experience will be an advantage.
