About the Role

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated General Workers to join our production and warehouse team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing and palletising finished products.
• Assisting on production lines.
• Loading and unloading stock.
• Cleaning work areas and equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
• Following hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting with stock movement and warehouse duties.
• Reporting damaged products or equipment.
• Carrying out any other general duties as required by management.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, FMCG or food production environment will be advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a cold production environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
• Clear criminal record.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening and a medical assessment if required.
