General Worker/Driver - Kleinmond

A well established Paint company is looking for an experienced and responsible, well spoken and excellent mannered General Worker/Driver to join our Kleinmond team, Must reside in close proximity.

Minimum Requirements:
· Matric

· Valid code 8 (preferably code 10) drivers licence compulsory

· PDP (Dangerous good)

· 3 years driving experience compulsory

. Must reside within Kleinmond

Duties:

· Pick products according Picking slips

· Physical loading of products

. Delivering and Collecting stock.

. Assist with Receiving of stock as well as stock taking

· Check Invoices with products

· Check vehicle and do general inspection

· Do route planning in consultation with Store Manager

· Respect traffic signs and road rules

· Monitor traffic flow to deliver products on time

· Logs must be kept

· Often receive payments and submit to head office

· Responsible for neatness and washing of the vehicle

· Responsible in Shop to help with moving and picking and packing of products on the shelves

· Any other assignment as determined by the Manager

· Assist with mixing standard paint colours.

. Print Stickers for filing system & tints

.Adhering to Dulux tinting protocol

. Maintenance of flower beds

. Cleaning of porch and paving

Skill Requirements:

· Person should be very considerate

· Responsible and honest

· Proven excellent driver’s record

· Candidate must have good communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.

· Candidates must be energetic and in good health

Working Hours:

· Monday to Friday (07h30 to 17h00)

· Every Second Saturday between(08h00 to 12h00) as per store schedule
