German & English Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are hiring German & English Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an exciting opportunity in Umhlanga, South Africa .

In this role, you will provide professional customer support to German- and English-speaking customers, ensuring a positive customer experience while handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

This is an on-site position in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, working on a 24/7 rotating schedule .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German and English via the required communication channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Handle and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow established processes, procedures and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

• Fluent German – spoken and written.
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential.
• Must have a South African ID or valid residence permit for South Africa.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
