German Speaking Account Executive - Remote

Job Description:

Provide exceptional phone and email support to customers within the textile customisation markets across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), while actively driving account growth and client acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Manage and resolve inbound customer service inquiries efficiently via phone and email.
• Order & Request Processing: Oversee and process customer orders and requests originating from both the e-commerce platform and direct channels.
• Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients to guarantee high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, customer service, and finance teams to achieve shared organizational goals.

Qualifications: The candidate should be a graduate or post-graduate. Graduates in business administration will be preferred.

Other key skills include:

· Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

· Proficiency in computer applications and the internet.

· Clear communication, written and oral.

· Experience in textile customisation or embroidery will be preferred.

Working conditions: The job is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week). The annual leave will be on a pro-rata basis. This is a 100% remote opportunity.

2 weeks of on-the-job training will be provided by senior colleagues.

Pay: R19 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
