  • Multichannel Engagement: Professionally navigate complex inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, specializing in international shipping, supply chain logistics, and digital payment frameworks.
  • First-Contact Resolution: Deconstruct and solve client issues efficiently during the initial interaction by utilizing real-time, critical thinking to guarantee high satisfaction rates.
  • Product & Trend Fluency: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital retail trends and platform updates to provide knowledgeable support and advice.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both German and English (B2 level or higher) with excellent spoken and written capabilities.
  • Academic Foundation: Completion of High School (Grade 12 / Matric) or a comparable, internationally recognized secondary education certificate.
  • Digital Dexterity: Highly tech-literate and capable of seamlessly multitasking across various software systems and analytical platforms simultaneously.
