Job description

We are recruiting a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Cape Town. You will deliver high-quality support to international customers via phone, webchat, and email — handling everything from bookings and re-bookings to cancellations and general travel inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service to international customers via phone, webchat, and email
Handle bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
Update customer records and account information
Engage in proactive problem-solving and take full ownership of the customer experience
Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and quality in all tasks

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric qualification
Fluent German language proficiency
12 months of international call centre experience OR airline reservations / travel agency experience
Clear criminal and credit record
