Are you highly proficient in German and naturally skilled at managing professional customer relationships? We are looking for energetic, solution-oriented professionals to join our Premier German-Speaking Online Retail Division in the upscale coastal district of Umhlanga, South Africa.
In this position, you will serve as the core point of contact for a globally renowned e-commerce giant, overseeing a premium service experience for the German-speaking (DACH) region. Candidate Profile & Requirements

Minimum Criteria:
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German and English (minimum B2 level), featuring exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Education: A High School/Grade 12 certificate or an internationally recognized secondary school equivalent.
- Tech Savviness: Highly comfortable working with technology and multitasking across various software applications and database platforms at the same time.
- Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong active listening skills, and the professional maturity required to thrive in a high-energy corporate office.
