Job description

We are currently recruiting for a German & English Speaking Customer Service position based in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

This is an on-site customer service role supporting German- and English-speaking customers. The position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in German and English.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information and assistance.

• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in line with established procedures.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

• Record and update customer interactions accurately.

• Follow company processes, quality standards and performance requirements.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent German language proficiency.

• Fluent English language proficiency.

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential.

• South African ID or valid residence permit for South Africa.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage.

• Ability and willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule.
